  • Status Boards - Real time monitoring and updating of physical therapy patients from a central status board screen. The status boards are organized by therapist showing all active patients and contain configurable alert indicators for excessive lengths of stay and excessive patient wait for treatment.
  • Staff Scheduling - Complete staff scheduler with daily, weekly, and monthly views. Notifies User of potential treatment scheduling conflicts. Time may be blocked for out-of-office periods.
  • Appointment Scheduling - Convenient calendar-based scheduler allows User to quickly review patients scheduled for treatments for any day. Allows for multiple treatments, equipment, and staff to be scheduled for each appointment. Tracks follow-up visits to initial evaluation/consultation. Scheduling wizard quickly locates optimum appointment time based on User criteria (requested staff member, staff groups, equipment availability, preferred date or time, appointment duration requirements).
  • Electronic Documentation - Multiple documentation levels include patient visit, evaluation, and individual treatment. HTML/XML based on-line interactive documentation templates. ICD9 and CPT4 codes are provided for diagnosis table and treatments.
  • Treatment Configuration - User may establish preferred treatments and protocols based on diagnosis category/chief complaint. Documents can be linked to each treatment for automatic documentation generation when treatment is selected.
  • Conflict Management - Alert indicators for scheduled appointments with a "no-show" or "cancellation" history. User configurable thresholds to minimize false conflict notifications. Manages all types of conflicts (equipment, supply, staff, time, blocking).
  • Critical Data/Reporting - Captures essential data elements used in reporting and analysis to include time study elements (patient visits, treatment times), personnel tracking, workers' compensation, employer referrals, department referrals.
